OMS for marketplace sellers — eMAG, Amazon, OLX, run from one screen
OMS software for sellers running multiple marketplaces in parallel: eMAG (Marketplace + FBE), Amazon (FBA + FBM), OLX, Fashion Days, Cel.ro. Stock sync in <30s across all channels, unified AWB (Sameday/FAN/Cargus/DPD/GLS), automated invoicing, centralized returns, profitability per channel/SKU.
Why 'one Seller Center per marketplace' breaks at scale
Selling on 1 marketplace you do everything in Seller Center. On 4-5 (eMAG + Amazon + OLX + Fashion Days + own shop) Seller Centers become a nightmare: parallel orders, stock out-of-sync, returns across 5 platforms, manual invoicing, different commissions, AWBs across 4 couriers.
A unified OMS pulls every channel into one cockpit: orders centralized, stock is one source of truth pushed in <30s, AWB auto-generated on the optimal courier, invoice goes out instantly, returns logged once.
Azuvio's OMS for marketplace sellers has native connectors for eMAG Marketplace (incl. FBE), Amazon (FBA + FBM), OLX, Fashion Days, Cel.ro and international marketplaces (Allegro, Bol.com, Kaufland.de) — plus WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop for your own shop. All in one dashboard.
What Azuvio OMS does for a marketplace seller
The features that matter when you sell on 5 channels simultaneously.
- Stock sync <30s across all channels — Stock movement in WMS → instantly pushed to eMAG, Amazon, OLX, own shop. Zero oversell. Configurable per-channel buffer (keep 5 reserve on Amazon, 10 on eMAG).
- Native marketplace connectors — eMAG Marketplace + FBE, Amazon SP-API (FBA + FBM), OLX Boost, Fashion Days, Cel.ro, Altex Marketplace. Plus international: Allegro, Bol.com, Kaufland.de. Per-account config, not code.
- Centralized orders with SLA prioritization — All orders in one dashboard, sorted by marketplace SLA (Amazon: 1 day, eMAG: 2 days, OLX: 3 days). Alerts on SLA risk. Picking optimized by nearest deadline.
- Unified AWB across all couriers — Sameday, FAN, Cargus, DPD, GLS, Urgent Cargus. Per-order rule: marketplace preferred courier, weight, destination, COD. Labels printed from one screen.
- Auto-invoicing per order — Invoice generated instantly on order confirmation, with customer data from marketplace, correct VAT, ANAF e-Factura if applicable. Zero manual entry.
- Centralized returns — RMA from any marketplace (eMAG/Amazon) lands in one module. Status visible, decision (refund / replace), return AWB generated. Linked to inspection & restocking.
- Profitability per channel/SKU/order — Auto-computes net profit per order: sale price - marketplace commission - shipping cost - product cost - processing fees. See instantly what sells where and what it costs.
- Dynamic repricing (optional) — Per-channel pricing rules: match Amazon Buy Box, min/max, protected min margin. Auto price updates every X minutes. Buy Box loss alert.

Azuvio OMS marketplace rollout — 5 steps
Typically 3-6 weeks, depending on number of marketplaces and catalog.
- Connect marketplace accounts — API tokens for eMAG Marketplace, Amazon SP-API, OLX, Fashion Days, Cel.ro etc. Map marketplace account → OMS entity. Sync test.
- Catalog mapping & master SKU — One master SKU in OMS → mapped to per-marketplace SKUs (with Amazon offer ID, eMAG part number etc.). Per-channel attributes (description, images, price, commission).
- AWB & courier rules — Per marketplace: preferred courier (Amazon FBM allows your choice, OLX too; eMAG via Sameday/FAN). Weight, destination, COD rules.
- Invoicing & e-Factura — Integration with invoicing system (Azuvio Invoice or external). Auto-generation per confirmed order. ANAF e-Factura enabled where needed (B2B).
- 2-week pilot + go-live — Two weeks parallel with direct Seller Centers to verify stock sync, orders, invoicing. Tune SLA rules. Go-live with team support.
Real problems marketplace sellers face
- Problem: 'Stock sync between eMAG, Amazon and shop is nightly CSV. We constantly sell what we don't have and get warnings.' Azuvio OMS solution: Event-driven <30s sync. Stock movement in WMS → push to all channels. Zero oversell.
- Problem: '4 marketplaces, 4 Seller Centers, 4 tabs always open. We miss SLA because we miss orders.' Azuvio OMS solution: Single dashboard with SLA prioritization. Proactive alerts before expiry. Picking sorted by urgency.
- Problem: 'Marketplace commissions eat margin and we cannot see which SKU is profitable where.' Azuvio OMS solution: Per order/SKU/channel profit auto-computed: price - commission - shipping - product cost. Decisions backed by real data.
- Problem: 'Returns come from 4 platforms, we don't know the status of each.' Azuvio OMS solution: Single RMA module. Status, return AWB, decision, restocking — all in one place, linked to original order.
- Problem: 'Invoicing is a bottleneck — 2 full-timers export orders and create invoices.' Azuvio OMS solution: Auto-invoicing per confirmed order. ANAF e-Factura included for B2B. 2 FTEs reassigned.
- Problem: 'We lose Amazon Buy Box because we don't re-price.' Azuvio OMS solution: Dynamic repricing with rules: match Buy Box / min / max / min margin. Loss alerts. Updates every 5-15 min.
Why Azuvio OMS for marketplace sellers
Representative scenarios from Romanian marketplace sellers using Azuvio. Indicative figures, not contractual guarantees.
- eMAG + Amazon + shop seller, 1,200 SKUs, 300 orders/day — Oversell reduced from ~3% to <0.1% after event-driven sync. eMAG rating-drop penalties eliminated.
- Multi-marketplace distributor, 4,500 SKUs — Order processing time reduced from 8 min (direct Seller Center) to 90s (unified OMS). 2 FTEs reassigned.
- D2C brand with Amazon EU presence — Buy Box win rate increased from 62% to 89% after enabling dynamic repricing with min-margin rules.
Operational detail for a marketplace manager
Event-driven stock sync
Stock movement in WMS (receipt, picking, return) triggers an event to the OMS engine. It computes per-channel available stock (factoring configured marketplace buffer) and emits API updates to each platform. Typical latency <30s. For Amazon FBA, stock is Amazon-managed, so OMS pulls stock status from SP-API and syncs to other channels.
Order prioritization by marketplace SLA
Each marketplace has its own shipping SLA (Amazon Prime: 1 day, eMAG standard: 24-48h, OLX: 72h). OMS computes per-order deadline and sorts picking accordingly. Alerts at 80% SLA consumption. Penalties (rating drop, suspension) prevented proactively.
Per-order profitability formula
Net profit = sale price - marketplace commission (% per category) - shipping cost (chosen courier) - product cost (from BOM/stock) - processing fees (card processor / cash-on-delivery). Computed on order confirmation, dashboard-visible aggregated per SKU/channel/period. Drives decisions: drop unprofitable SKU on channel X, adjust price, switch courier.
Cross-marketplace returns
RMA initiated from eMAG/Amazon Seller Center or directly by customer. OMS picks up the event → creates RMA linked to original order → generates return AWB (or uses marketplace's) → on arrival, inspection and decision (refund / replace / scrap). Auto-restocking in WMS if product is good. Optional customer-portal visibility.
Repricing — Amazon Buy Box example
Per SKU on Amazon: min price (e.g. cost + 8% margin), max price (e.g. RRP), rule: match Buy Box current price - 0.01 EUR but never below min. Checked every 10 min. On Buy Box loss (e.g. competitor drops below your min), manager alert for strategic decision (accept temporary loss vs cost adjustment).
FAQ
- Does it work with eMAG Marketplace and FBE?
- Yes, native connector for both. FBE pulls stock status from eMAG; FBM (Marketplace) is self-managed with <30s sync.
- Does it support Amazon SP-API?
- Yes. Supports both FBA (Amazon-managed stock) and FBM (self-managed). Multi-marketplace Amazon EU (DE, FR, IT, ES, PL etc.).
- How many marketplaces can I connect?
- Unlimited. Our clients typically run 3-7 in parallel. Adding a new marketplace is configuration, not code.
- Does it include dynamic repricing?
- Yes, with per-SKU per-channel rules (min/max, match Buy Box, min margin). Updates every 5-15 min depending on marketplace.
- How does invoicing work?
- Auto-generated on order confirmation, with customer data from marketplace. For B2B, ANAF e-Factura included. Integration with Azuvio Invoice or external (SmartBill, Saga, FGO etc.).
- Does it centralize returns?
- Yes. RMA from any marketplace lands in the single OMS module. Status, return AWB, decision, restocking — all in one place.
- How long does implementation take?
- Typically 3-6 weeks, depending on how many marketplaces you connect and catalog complexity.
- How much does it cost?
- SaaS per user + activity (orders processed). For a mid-size seller with 200-500 orders/day, ROI comes from oversell elimination + invoicing bottleneck removal + Buy Box recovery. See /tarife.
