CRM Software for Distribution, Retail, and B2B
CRMconnect is the CRM module of the Azuvio platform: a real pipeline, field sales with offline-first mobile, a B2B customer portal, and direct connection to your existing ERP — or Standalone, if you don't have one.

Why you need a CRM built for operations, not just for pipeline
Classic CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) are excellent for marketing and B2C SaaS. For Romanian distribution, retail, and B2B, three things are missing: real field orders, integration with the management ERP, and a B2B customer portal. CRMconnect solves all three natively — without fragile integrations, without 6-month projects.

Representative Scenarios
The figures below are aggregated from typical CRMconnect implementations (FMCG distribution, multi-store retail, B2B manufacturers). They do not represent a single client; they illustrate the levels we see 3–6 months after go-live.

Paper + phone orders to the back office, double data entry, agents couldn't see real stock, promotions missed by retailers.
Offline-first mobile, orders placed directly from the store. Order time: 12 min → 90 sec. Promotions 100% correctly executed.

What makes CRMconnect different
6 capabilities you get from day one
Field Sales — offline-first mobile
Agents see real-time stock, customer-specific pricing, history, and promotions. They place orders from the store, without a mobile signal. Automatic sync when they are back online.
B2B Customer Portal
Your customers self-place orders, view invoices, check balances, and track delivery status. Reduces internal team time on recurring orders by 60%.
Real Pipeline & Forecast
Lead → opportunity → quote → order → payment. Forecast based on real data, not team optimism. Alerts on stuck deals.
Retailer-specific Promotions
Native workflow for promotions with Carrefour, Kaufland, Mega Image. Approvals, retroactive calculations, automatic reconciliation.
Integration with Your ERP
REST API documented in Postman. Two-way sync with SAP, Charisma, Senior, WinMentor, Saga, Smart Bill, NetSuite. Typical implementation: 2-4 weeks.
Self-Service BI
Executive dashboards for sales, agents, customers, and products. The CEO can build their own reports without waiting for IT.
Standalone or Smart Layer — you choose
Two modes of operation, the same platform
Standalone
If you're currently running on Excel, disparate files, and a small accounting software, CRMconnect becomes your complete operational system. Your accountant stays in Saga / Smart Bill / external accounting — we send them clean data.
Best for companies with 3-50 users that don't have an ERP yet
Smart Layer
If you already have SAP, Charisma, Senior, WinMentor, or another ERP, CRMconnect acts as an operational layer on top of it. The ERP remains the source of truth for finance; CRMconnect adds field sales, a B2B portal, and BI.
Best for companies with 20+ users and a functional ERP
8 sources of leads and orders in a single pipeline
Regardless of where the customer comes from, they enter the same flow. No double entry, no lost leads.
Web Form
Leads from your website, landing pages, Google/Meta campaigns — directly into the pipeline with source attribution.
Field Agents (mobile)
Orders placed directly from the customer's store, offline-first. Automatic synchronization.
B2B Customer Portal
Self-service with customer-specific pricing, live balance, and 24/7 order placement.
Major Retailer EDI
Carrefour, Kaufland, Mega Image, Auchan, Lidl — native ORDERS / DESADV / INVOIC.
Phone & Email
Quick order entry with suggestions from history. Templates for recurring orders.
Referrals & Partners
Referral tracking with automatic attribution and commission per partner.
Events & Trade Shows
Lead capture with business card scanning, immediate qualification, and automated follow-up.
LinkedIn & Social
Import contacts, sync interactions, and automatically score by persona.

How CRMconnect works — 6 steps from lead to collection
Your complete pipeline, automated and auditable end-to-end.
Capture lead
Leads enter from 8 sources (web, field agents, B2B portal, EDI, phone, events, referrals, social) with automatic source attribution and initial qualification.
Qualify & Score
Configurable rules per industry/vertical: automatic scoring based on data (ANAF-verified VAT, turnover, history, product fit). Low-quality leads remain in nurturing.
Pipeline & Opportunity
Qualified leads advance through configurable stages: discovery, demo, quote, negotiation, closing. Alerts for deals stuck for >X days.
Quote & Order
Price configurator per customer + per product + per promotion. The order is generated directly from the quote, ATP validated, and sent to the OMS / WMS / ERP.
Execution & Follow-up
Live order status (validation, allocation, AWB, delivery). The agent/account manager sees what's blocked and acts proactively.
Invoicing & Collection
The invoice is sent automatically (ANAF e-Invoicing, EDI INVOIC). Automatic reconciliation upon payment. The customer's balance is updated in the B2B portal.
When you need CRMconnect — and when you DON'T
Honesty before marketing. CRMconnect solves a specific problem, not all problems.
You need CRMconnect if...
- You have 5+ field agents placing orders from customer stores
- You sell B2B in distribution, retail, or to manufacturers (not just B2C SaaS)
- Your recurring customers waste time emailing for status updates, invoices, and balances
- You work with major retailers (Carrefour, Kaufland, Mega Image) and EDI is becoming a necessity
- Your ERP (SAP, Charisma, Senior) is good at finance, but weak on sales operations
- You want a forecast based on real data (pipeline + history), not on team optimism
You DON'T need CRMconnect if...
- You run a B2C SaaS or pure eCommerce business — HubSpot / Pipedrive are a better fit
- You have fewer than 3 users and sell 100% inbound via your website — a Google Sheet is enough
- You're looking for complex marketing automation with email sequences — use Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign + Zapier to connect with us
- You just need simple cloud invoicing — Smart Bill / Saga can cover that, without a CRM
- You're looking for accounting or HR — CRMconnect is not that (by design, Azuvio does not do accounting or HR)
Who benefits the most
FMCG Distributors
Field agents with offline ordering, EDI with retailers, chain-specific promotions. Typical ROI in 2-4 months.
Multi-store Retailers
Live cross-store inventory, rapid transfers, sales by agent/category/location in a single dashboard.
B2B Manufacturers
B2B portal for distributors, demand forecasting, integration with the existing production ERP.
Frequently Asked Questions about CRMconnect
What is an operational CRM vs. a classic CRM?
A classic CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is centered on the sales pipeline, marketing automation, and inbound leads. An operational CRM (CRMconnect) adds offline-first mobile field sales, a B2B customer portal, retailer EDI, and ERP integration — everything related to executing real orders, not just lead nurturing.
Can I use CRMconnect without changing my current ERP?
Yes — that's the Smart Layer mode. CRMconnect integrates via REST API with SAP, Charisma, Senior, WinMentor, Saga, Smart Bill, NetSuite, and other ERPs. The ERP remains the master for finance; CRMconnect adds field sales, a B2B portal, EDI, and BI.
What's the difference between CRMconnect and HubSpot?
HubSpot is excellent for inbound marketing and B2C SaaS — landing pages, email sequences, lead nurturing. CRMconnect is for when real orders, field agents, retailers (EDI), and integration with your management ERP matter. You can use them in parallel — HubSpot for inbound, CRMconnect for operations.
How much does CRMconnect cost?
Starts at €12/user/month (Startup), €15 Essential, €20 Pro, €28+ Enterprise. 15-day free trial, no credit card, no long-term contract. EDI and marketplace connectors are billed separately based on volume.
How long does implementation take?
Standalone (without an existing ERP): 2-3 weeks. Smart Layer with ERP integration: 2-4 weeks for the basic flow. A 60-day assisted onboarding is included (Day 1 → Week 1 → Month 1 → Month 2).
Does the mobile app work without internet?
Yes — field sales is offline-first. Agents can see stock, customer-specific pricing, history, and promotions without a signal; synchronization happens automatically when they're back online.
How does it integrate with accounting?
We don't touch accounting. Your accountant stays in their preferred software (Saga, Smart Bill, WinMentor, external accounting). We send them pre-validated data — ANAF-verified VAT number, correct product codes, and proper VAT.
Do you have EDI with the major retail chains?
Yes, since 2014. EDIconnect runs natively with Carrefour, Kaufland, Mega Image, and other major retailers — automating orders, deliveries, and invoices.
Does it integrate with SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics?
Yes. We have two-way REST API connectors for SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Charisma, Senior ERP, and WinMentor. Data exchange covers contacts, accounts, opportunities, orders, invoices, and partners.
Is there an on-premise version or is it SaaS only?
SaaS on AWS by default (recommended for uptime, backup, and automatic scaling). For enterprise clients who explicitly request it, we also offer an on-premise version with Kubernetes deployment in their own infrastructure.
CRM Glossary — terms you will hear
The operational CRM vocabulary, explained.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
A system that manages customer relationships — contacts, opportunities, pipelines, communications. An operational CRM adds execution: orders, deliveries, EDI, B2B portal.
Pipeline
A visual representation of sales opportunities across stages (discovery → demo → quote → closing). The forecast is based on values × probabilities per stage.
Lead scoring
An algorithm that assigns a numerical score to each lead based on demographic and behavioral data to prioritize follow-up.
SFA (Sales Force Automation)
The automation of sales processes — field agents with mobile apps, visits, orders, and reporting. A core component of a B2B operational CRM.
B2B Portal
A self-service interface for business customers — self-placing orders, viewing balances, invoices, and delivery status. Reduces email traffic by up to 60%.
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
The structured exchange of documents between systems (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC). Mandatory for Carrefour, Kaufland, Mega Image, Auchan.
Lead source attribution
Identifying a lead's original source (Google campaign, event, referral, etc.) to measure the ROI of each channel.
Forecast
An estimate of future revenue based on the current pipeline × probabilities per stage × closing history. Accuracy > 80% in mature B2B CRMs.
Account-based selling (ABS)
A strategic approach where the team works coordinately on large accounts with a dedicated plan per account, not lead-by-lead.
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
The total estimated profit generated by a customer over the entire duration of the relationship. An essential KPI for prioritizing retention efforts.
Retailer-specific promotions
A pricing and discount mechanism specific to contracts with large chains (Carrefour, Kaufland) — involving retroactive calculations, approvals, and reconciliation.
Offline-first mobile
An application that functions 100% without internet (stock, pricing, history, orders) and automatically syncs when back online — essential for field agents.
