No. Azuvio plugs in as a Smart Operations Layer on top of WinMentor — accounting and master data stay there, while Azuvio adds CRM, OMS, B2B Portal, EDI, SFA and the workflows WinMentor doesn't cover.
How long does the WinMentor integration take?
Our standard connector goes live in 2–4 weeks, depending on your WinMentor version, data volume and the number of entities synced (customers, items, stock, orders, invoices).
What data is synced between Azuvio and WinMentor?
Bidirectional sync of customers, items, prices, stock, orders, invoices and goods receipts every 5–15 minutes. Any document created in Azuvio (B2B order, EDI order, invoice) is posted back into WinMentor automatically.
Does our accountant lose control if Azuvio sits on top of WinMentor?
