No. Azuvio plugs in as a Smart Operations Layer on top of CRIsoft — accounting and master data stay there, while Azuvio adds CRM, OMS, B2B Portal, EDI, SFA and the workflows CRIsoft doesn't cover.

Our standard connector goes live in 2–4 weeks, depending on your CRIsoft version, data volume and the number of entities synced (customers, items, stock, orders, invoices).

What data is synced between Azuvio and CRIsoft?

Accepted Answer

Bidirectional sync of customers, items, prices, stock, orders, invoices and goods receipts every 5–15 minutes. Any document created in Azuvio (B2B order, EDI order, invoice) is posted back into CRIsoft automatically.

Does our accountant lose control if Azuvio sits on top of CRIsoft?

No. Final documents stay in CRIsoft; accounting doesn't move. Azuvio only adds the operational layers (sales, warehouse, EDI, B2B portal) and pushes validated documents back.
